Hi guys,my Non O is up on June 7th,due to issues i was going to apply for a 60 extension for visiting my daughter,have i left it to late to apply ? i didn’t realise that there might be a date by which this must be done providing it was done before the end of the visa,i was planning to go this Friday.I read today 30 days before, shocked me to the core,if so iam screwed.

The 30 days is the earliest you can apply for some extensions. There is no minimum amount of time.other than doing it before your entry ends.

You can go up to 30 days early. 45 days early at some offices.

You can also go the last day.
