NESAC helps set up networks of people for promotion of power decentralization

The National Economic and Social Advisory Council (NESAC) has begun forming provincial-level networks to promote the people’s participation in public administration.

NESAC held a seminar to give people in 14 southern provinces understanding about the process in Chumpon yesterday.

A network will have 20-50 member, the chairman, two deputy chairmen and a secretary. Members must give importance to public participation in national administration and be able to distribute information about power decentralization to others.

The constitution requires the setting up of these networks.
