Tourist visa

Featured Replies

Last month I went to do my multi O based on marriage. Well, I was going to but saw that the copy of my wife's ID card had expired so I just did an in and out for 30 days.

Sh e is not in country at this time so my options are limited. (maybe)

I am wondering what my chances of getting a2 or 3 entry tourist visa after having stayed in Thailand for the last 2+ years on a non O?

Other options? and what point of entry would be best?

Can't your wife send you a new copy of her ID and house book.

Before you go out for a visa you can get a 30 day extension of your visa exempt entry at immigration.

You would not have a problem getting a 2 entry tourist visa in Laos.

The nearest place to get a 3 entry tourist visa is in Bali.

Should be no problem getting a double entry tourist visa in either Savanakhet or Vientiane.

She could but it has been 2 weeks already, I have 2 weeks to go but am checking out options. Would the 30 day extension not cost 1900 baht? Not worth it to me. I am 2 hours or less from Nong Khai. Immigration is in Udon which only puts me 45 minutes away from the border.

I just thought there might be a snag with a tourist visa after already living here on a non-O.
