I have tried to stop the email notifications every time someone posts a reply but they keep coming. I have unticked all the email boxes in settings. Am I missing something ?

You mean on this page:

ThaiVisa Website: My Settings Notifications Options

Unchecking and "Saving Changes" should relieve you from receiving email notifications.

If after verifying the email options are indeed unchecked and you're continuing to receive ongoing notifications, please send an email to support (at) thaivisa.com, (listing the user name, email address used, and the description of the issue) so an administrator can take a look at the database settings for your account.

YEP thats the page. Unticked every box concerning email but they keep coming. maybe there is a delay in me unticking the boxes and the messages stopping ? huh.png or at least thats what I'm hoping biggrin.png

The forum software code that monitors for new posts should read your current setting before setting up a email send. If someone has posted a reply to topic after you've saved updates to your preferences then you shouldn't receive any new emails based on that unticked setting.

I would suggest you give it 24 hours, but after that send an email to support (at) thaivisa.com

Strange things do sometimes happen to the database.

Your lucky, I can't get any e-mail replies to my posts, but I always get the
"like" replies.
