Noise Polution in non entertainment zones URGENT

Featured Replies

who or what number should be called (where they would speak some English) on noise pollution in a non entertainment zone.

I live around Soi Nongyai12 and some people here think it is needed to create some sort of concert area on a larger piece of land having some sort of Karaoke going. Now most of the time I don't mind too much about it as it has always been on Saturday nights (they stop at 12am) but now on Sundays as well.

My son goes to school and needs to wake up 5am on Mondays so he sure needs to get his sleep so he needs to sleep at 9pm so sure wont have this music going till 12am .....

so who to call to report this blaring music here now?

Unless it's changed since December then 1337 is the number to call for noise pollution. We have used this many times in our village; Thai & Foreigner. The police will usually be sent out to check.
