besides the fact "no hab" always means hab, try the big pharmacy as you turn left out of soi 4 just after the service station. Has the real gear but it wont be cheap and it's getting harder to pick the real gear from the fake..

Not only do they have the genuine Kamagra but they also charge you the real price, 5 sachets for 250 baht, as at about 4 weeks ago, and you don't have to negotiate with them.
