So expensive because gullible fools are prepared to pay that much.

And no, it's not worth it. As long as you eat a healthy, balanced diet you get all the nutrients you need.

I am in no way a proponent of alleged miracle 'cancer' cures in the form of some vegetable/fruit but it cannot be denied that many don't eat 'a healthy balanced diet' and this:

Wheatgrass is a good source of potassium, a very good source of dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E (alpha tocopherol), vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, iron, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium, and has negligible amount of protein (less than one gram per 28 grams). Adding other foods with complementary amino acid profiles to this food may yield a more complete protein source and improve the quality of some types of restrictive diets.[11] Wikipedia

However, I have a life long aversion to junk food and am not prepared to stump up 100 baht a shot for this stuff. I think your comment 'weak gullible fools' a tad harsh given the ingredients. 'Weak gullible fools' belong in the 'diet aids' in the form of pre packaged child sized meals/water added powders which some people eat drink along with their usual meals. I kid you not rolleyes.gif

Could try growing your own ..

Lots of normal foods provide the same nutrients. Bananas for potassium, carrots for vitamin A, limes for vitamin C, nuts for vitamin E, and so forth. No need to pay for expensive fads.

Incidentally, the claim about dietary fibre almost certainly refers to the whole plant, not the juice. Probably better off eating a slice of wholemeal toast or a bowl of porridge.
