A logistics company located at Ladkrabang, Bangkok need an accountant urgently with minimum 1 year Finance / Accounts experience for below job :

TH Logistic Company Accountant Job descriptions

To keep the accounting work and operation in good order & able to fulfill the said job requirements and also help in implementing some advises/recommendations made by management team.

The work descriptions of the assigned accountant includes:

~ Understanding & able to communicate in English language email / Skype writing / responses;

~ Prepare & submit fortnightly / monthly OTL Thailand's accounting books (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Debtors / Creditors , sub ledgers account ledgers) using the Company’s Express Accounting software and systems;

~ Prepare monthly & quarterly financial statements for management purposes;

~ Prepare & submit compulsory tax declarations (Withholding Tax (PND3, 53), monthly Revenue (PP30), Annual (PND50)/Half yearly (PND51) Tax return, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax);

~ Prepare year-end financial statements and year-end tax finalization return; and

~ Advice and review on current accounting, tax and internal control system for optimum performance & legally law abiding;

~ Supervise a billing team of 3 staffs & ensure company revenue & receivables Department are in good order;

~ Check & ensure valid invoices from our sub-contractor for payment processing.

~ Interact with other accountants/ other functions/ management/ consultants and audit team for smooth work.

For avoidance of any doubt, the following scope will not be included in the job description of the assigned accountant:

~ Calculation of staff’s salary and personal income tax calculation and finalization;

~ No cash handling.
