Trouble was these questions were not the ones I had originaly answered, I had chosen..'grandmothers maiden name' and 'place of birth' but I was aked for " my first pets name' and "name of primary school. I could not answer these questions....so my cancellation could not proceed. I eventualy managed to get to the 'email us' section and all I got in return was a list of suggested topics...none of which were any help. Any suggestions? because it appears that I cant get to anyone who can actualy respond to my problem.at Pay Pal. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

BB1950 Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 Why not contact their customer service in Singapore via phone? Their represenatives are very helpful and they do speak English.
