Hi,

I'm renovating a house in a village near ChumPhae. The ground floor has been completly demolished, removed and straightened. The only thing that remains is the upper level, which is standing on 8 pillars (roughly 2.3 metres off the ground). I need the ground floor built. I have the layout plans, which consists of one large bedroom and ensuite, combined kitchen/dining/living area plus one bathroom (see attached image).
