recom273
These pics appeared on a Thai V-Strom FB group today. I suspect that this bike will serve no useful purpose other than escort visiting VIP's from CM airport .. So no need to worry.

recom273
Sure beats a 100 cc Honda Wave I often see an official RTP CBR 150, always with two guys doing the same route, i think it must be property check detail - the whole affair looks rather 'camp' the guy on the back sits awkwardly, far back on the pillion and keeps his hands on his thighs and instead of using the turn signals the guy on the back gives these slight gestures with his hands. For a bit of fun, I overtake them a little on the close side and tear off, but they never rise to the bait. guzzi850m2
Isn't that where your tea money goes.... No way, tea money is used for personnel expenses, like houses, nice cars & mira nois. Some big local companies often help sponsoring the police with bikes or the dealers sells them to the police very very cheap and thereby gets some advertising on their product. bramds
Traffic police is paid by the royal household, so maybe they also pay for the bikes.
