Where is the best place to recruit teachers.

I am working with a colleague trying to recruit 5 English Trainers with a competitive salary 5 day week, health annual leave etc. and we are finding it very difficult to find candidates. Can someone recommend the best place to recruit, short of walking up and down Sukhumvit Rd with a sandwich board.

It doesn't mention work permit and visa or working hours per day. But after looking for teachers myself and reading through many resumes, good luck in finding 5.

Actually what it mentions is a DELTA. 40k for a DELTA, that is what your problem is. Your salary is about normal for a degree without even a TEFL and you prefer to have someone with a DELTA.

You also advertise as English trainer. So I assume that means you want someone to teach your TEFL students which 40k again is quite low. 60-80k is about par for a TEFL trainer.

Again if this is teaching English for Business execs, the pay is quite low.

If the job pay, and your expectations cannot change, go to the two CELTA schools in BKK and post the job there. They might recommend recent grads.

40K is the minimum, I rather set a lower salary expectation than have disappointed candidates.
