Non Imm 0 Penang

Featured Replies

Could someone please confirm that the requirements for a non immigrant O visa are:

1. Marriage to a thai national

2. Copy of or original spouses id card.

My understanding is that for an initial O visa, showing money in an account is NOT required.

Am I correct?

Thanks.

I would also have a copy of her home register as that also seems required often. Another item that is sometimes asked for is a short letter from wife inviting you to be issued a visa so they know you are together.
