Thaivisa.com renews sponsorship deal with Pattaya City FC

Thaivisa.com is pleased to announce it has agreed to renew its sponsorship deal with Pattaya City Football Club for this season’s team shirt.

Pattaya City FC compete in the top tier of the Bangkok Casuals League and are one of Pattaya’s most succesfull amatuer football teams, winning numerous league titles and cup competitions. The team was formed more than ten years ago and is made-up from expats who live and work in the Pattaya area.

Pattaya City FC play most Saturday afternoons. Their home stadium is at Laem Chabang Football Club, which is located on the Chonburi side of Pattaya, approximately 15 minutes from the town centre. Supporters are welcome and there is no charge for entry. Also, any football players based in Pattaya who would like to join the club, can contact the team by their facebook page which is https://www.facebook.com/pattayacityfootballclub

The new Pattaya City FC shirt, which features the Thaivisa logo on the right shoulder, is currently on sale in all Puma, SuperSports and Central stores plus other leading sports shops across Thailand. The shirt is also on sale in the newly opened Retox Sports Bar, which is located on Soi Lengkee in Central Pattaya.

Commenting on the renewal of the sponsorship agreement, Barry Main, Sales Development Manager for Thaivisa.com said:

“This year’s shirt looks fantastic again and we are very proud to be able to support for our second year this local club. Thaivisa.com has a very active Pattaya forum, which includes a wide range of information about news, events and sports in Pattaya and the surrounding areas for expats and therefore the team matches our profile perfectly. We wish everyone involved with Pattaya City FC the best of luck for this season”.

Commenting on the renewal of the sponsorship agreement, Andy Emery, Team Captain and Director of Football for Pattaya City FC commented:

“We are really honoured to be sponsored by Thaivisa again. They are without doubt the most famous and widely used forum for expats connected with Thailand. Our association with them, together with their support, helps spread the word regards our club, our match day performances, plus helps us recruit new blood into the team. A big thank you to Thaivisa for their shirt sponsorship plus their exposure regards our club.”

Thaivisa.com is the largest and most established expat website in Thailand and the most visited English language website about Thailand in the World. The site receives over 11.1 million page views per month, has over 2.7 million visitors each month and has more than 280,000 subscribers to the Thaivisa newsletter, which keeps expats up to date with the latest news from Thailand and which is distributed two times per day.

Keep up to date with Thaivisa on Facebook and Twitter.
