In case of less than 30/60 days of overstaying, and once paying the fees at the border, can i easely get a new tourist visa outside Thailand like Malaysia o Laos and come back in Thailand after 3 days...???

Yes you can get a tourist visa. But I would not suggest you try getting one at the embassy in KL Malaysia.
