webfact Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 Pattaya Tourist Police arrest man on-the-run for 8 yearsPATTAYA: -- On Wednesday Morning, the Pattaya Tourist Police arrested a man wanted on an arrest warrant dating back to 2007.Khun Tidawat aged 31 was arrested in the car park of the View Talay Condominium thanks to a tip-off.
