Certificate Of Residence

I will buy a motorbike and been to the immigration office in Chiangmai for a certificate of residence, for to put it on my name.

I am here on a 1 year multiple O visa, have a lease agreement for the house, in my name.

Does anybody know how i can get a certificat of residence in Thailand, maybe is there an other immigration office in Thailand where i can get it, where they work easyer.

Maybe can i go to a motorbike dealer (honda) who can arrange that for me.

Maybe one of you have a idee.
