Tourist visa from Thai consulate in Tokyo

Recommended Posts

I am a US citizen and I am in Thailand right now. I came to Thailand with a double entry tourist visa form Thai consulate in Los Angeles. I would like to visit Japan at the end of my second entry extension and come back to Thailand with a new tourist visa.

Does anyone know or experience applying Thai visa in Tokyo as a US citizen ?

If I can get a tourist visa from Thai consulate in Tokyo, what kind of tourist visa could it be ( single, double or 3 ple entry) ?

Thank you all

Usually, when a consulate imposes ridiculous conditions to issue a simple tourist visa, there is an agency who can arrange it simply and easily. Does anyone know if this is true in Tokyo and, if so, who the consulate want you to use and the cost?

That's not the case in Japan.

"4. For non-Japanese applicant, a copy of resident card or certificate of alien registration. The applicant is also required to present the original documents of identification upon visa application."
