July 20, 201511 yr My granddaughter has an i-mobile Hitz 328. She left it unused for about 2 weeks. Ithas been on the charger and the display lights up with a battery full icon, but it will not switch on. The usual method of holding down the bottom right button ie # has no effect. Can any expert advise? Thank you.
July 20, 201511 yr It's a dumb phone, so no magic key combination to bring it up in DFU/Factory mode. I suggest for the price you simply buy your G-D'tr a new one.
