Tomorrow, I have to extend my visa non immigrant O (for visiting kid, I am not married). In Chiang Mai.

The new immigration office has just opened.

Where I have to go, to the old office or the new immigration office ?

You will go to the old office. The only long term extension of stay the new office does is those for retirement.

Visas are not extended only a permit to stay can be extended.
