Pha Nga Nist
I will arrive back to Thailand this month so I don't have a permanent address yet, but I do need to issue two proof of Residence letters for renewing my expired driving license + change ownership on a car I bought. Is it possible to check in a hotel in Chiang Mai and use the receipt (for several days stay) OR must I have a rental contract for an apartment/house? Thank you very much for your assistance! swoods58
If you go to your embassy, you can get a stat dec as your COR. I just renewed my drivers license in BKK with one.
