Rimmer
Viewpoint vendors create stink over dirty toilets PATTAYA:--Toilet facilities at the Pratamnak Hill viewpoint have been left unstaffed and unclean for years, raising fears they have become sites for criminal activity. Located at the back of a one-rai parking lot, the four toilets were once used by hoards of Chinese tourists who arrive by tour bus at the Naval Radio Station. However, in their current condition, it is doubtful anyone would dare use them now. The restroom facilities also have been left unclean and not only smell, but are strewn with leaves, plastic bags, foam boxes and other garbage. Most of the restroom fixtures are broken as well. Vendors said if pictures of the facilities circulate online, they can damage the tourism industry in Pattaya and they urged city hall to remedy the problem. - See more at: http://www.pattayamail.com/localnews/viewpoint-vendors-create-stink-over-dirty-toilets-49241#sthash.369QQHo5.dpuf -- Pattaya Mail 2015-07-

Brit_Doggie
Would hazard a better guess that same are used to plot criminal activities and that doesn't spell tourists in any language. Edited July 24, 2015 by Brit_Doggie
KhunBENQ
Good I did not find this highlight so far. I will keep it a secret where to find fairly decent toilets (though Thai style) near the view point.
MilesofSmiles
The only criminal activity at this site is massive negligence on behalf of those responsible for cleaning them.

balo
Yes. Let's hope these pictures do not circulate online. I'm afraid it's too late, damage already done. Just be quite about it.
