The Promenade, next to Fashion Island is being expanded on Ram Inthra Road.

On Praditmanutham Road Central Festival is going to open in the next few months, and on the same road, Crystal Park is now building its 3rd phase (presumably to compete with Central Festival).

Is there another Crystall mall coming? We have 2 allready and they both are not malls in my opinion.

One is the hi-so design lifestyle mall at ratchapruck. The other one is on chaiapruck and is actually nothing more then some expensive restaurants. It is so hi-so there that even parking is a crime and all is newly built. But as hi=so as they wannabe, nobody can speak english.

Those crystall malls won't last long if there's a Central near.

The Promenade is also not a mall if i remember it well, it is not under a roof and airconditioned. It is similar to the Avenue.

Both are malls as far as I am concerned, Promenade is owned and operated by the same people as Terminal 21 and Fashion Island.

The expansion of The Crystal Mall (opposite CDC) will include a Cinema and more shops.

Central festival will also be a partly open air mall.

These are all around Ladphrao, both crystals have been around for many years and are not that new, hence the expansion to compete with central.

I give up with the Crystal malls, why can't they give them different names? It's the same with all those "casa" moobaans, very confusing. There are those 2 that i mentioned but they are new (less then a year old) and for the rest i haven't seen them i guess.
