3BB - convert from base promotion to 3BB Wi-Fi

We have the base 3BB promotion installed to our house. (B590/mth)

We do not have a land-line telephone.

If we wish to upgrade, is it necessary to have a land-line connection?

Which company should I use (we do not want a land-line telephone)?

Cost/mth for land-line connection?

Alternative solution?

We have -

Samsung Tablet with SIM card

Lenovo laptop - no SIM card

Several Samsung Smart TVs

Uses -

Lenovo laptop - Email, social media, low use internet search

Samsung tablet - movies

You want to upgrade to what? If WiFi then just call 3bb and request a WiFi modem instead of your wired one!

Or just pop to the shops and buy a WiFi modem from 900baht

It would probably pay to also upgrade from the 10/ ½ that you're on to the 15/1 tariff.

If you've had a tech for 12 years, he should have been able to explain about / advise on the purchase of a wifi modem ... or did you mean he's 12 years old?
