so many illegal migrants get helped instead of jailed and deported? and they dont go to jail?

i am very discriminated in my country and i don't have a place to live, am i count for refugee or asylum seeker?

i have a place to stay in my parents house but they sociopaths and i almost suicide few years ago when i was teen, i need to run for my life from that house

Thailand is not a signatory to the UN Convention for Refugees. Refugees / asylum seekers are held in detention camps for years (some don't survive) or returned to their home country.
