lat time about 3 years ago i got a NON-O from SV, im married with kids so if memory serves me they juts wanted to see Birth Certs, Marriage Cert, and that was it, is that still the case? Or if not what docs are needed?

My wife has gone away and forgot to sign documents, will they turn away if only have copy of id and house book but orignal marriage cert?

The copies of the ID card and house book must be signed or they will not accept your application.

Does that mean the back also must be present because i only have the front?

Actually, I have found one from old paperwork that is signed but not dated on page 1 of the house book but her actual name is on page 3, he I staple the 2 pages together will that be OK you think?

Just the front of the ID card will be accepted. I think they will accept the house book copy that way.
