so i'm trying to book hotel and flights to penang from chiang mai....everything is fine until i try to go to the booking page and then i get a page saying unable to connect...i;ve tried several times...on both the thai page and the US page...ive even tried making an account but the same page comes up saying 'unable to connect'.

any ideas how to fix this??
