Duties:

To assist in fine-tuning and implementation of our global sales strategy and optimizing our sales performance by Setting up a marketing strategy in cooperation with the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Manage an international team of Sales Representative and agents

Research and analyze market developments and competitors

Recruitment and training of sales teams and agents

Required Skills and Experience

International background with professional experience and a financial, or medical background would be helpful. You MUST have fluent English and Thai language skills and other languages would be helpful. You must be flexible, can-do attitude willing to travel when required. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets and possess a Passport.

You must be able to pass a background check for US immigration and be eligible for an entry visa
