I' m on my second tourist visa entry due to expire end of august...only one tourist visa in my passport...meanwhile I felt down with my bicycle and my arm is in plaster...I received a good treatment and i would like to end it here in thailand...so i wonder if applying for a new tourist visa should be a problem...

You will have no problem getting another tourist visa at any nearby location. You could get anther two entry visa in Laos.
