Bus from Chiangrai to Pattaya and motorbike

Hallo,

In the bus station on Sukumvit Soi 59, can I also buy the ticket from Chiangrai back to Pattaya? Is the return ticket difficult to get in Chiangrai ? If not, I prefer to buy on the last day of my travel. Am not sure yet how long I will stay there..

...In fact, I go to Chiangrai because I want to go to Mae Sa Long. Does anyone have experience: Is it safe to drive motorbike from Chiangrai to Mae Sa Long, or better take the Song Tiao ? I read on web that the road is quite steep in the mountains.

Return ticket is NOT difficult to buy in Chiang Rai.

if you are using NCA buses to travel you don't even have to physically go to a booking office.

You can use their Internet page and pay with a credit card or you can make the booking anytime on your mobile telephone (phone 1624) and then simply go to any 711 shop and pay the money before the time deadline NCA will give you and receive your ticket
