Are both numbers valid? It's not good to put up false information of this type.

I could always try calling both numbers but I'd rather not.

If I'm not mistaken 191 is police and 199 is fire service.

Speaking from experience , if you ever think you might need one of these

get together as many numbers as possible. For example the number of a local fire station or the local police booth, whatever. Even better the number of someone who's on the official short wave radio service as this is the quickest way to get hold of anyone.

Why do I say speak from experience? Because I tried to call 199 and they were engaged!!
