P*ss poor really as he has sexual assault on record his dna should have already been in the system, really have no idea how to do it properly, catching the criminals is simply chance/good luck or scape goats. Even if he were castrated he has shown he is a habitual thief, of virtually no use to contributing anything to society. Sell him to some ships captain/owner and ensure he is chained/locked to the ship so he cannot leave it. I would say the Thai Police have a better record than most other countries for catching the crims. Thai Police have Moore under cover guys than the whole uniformed type. They do a bloody good job. They may have his DNA, they may not, do we know for sure or are we just assuming they don't because there is no mention of this in the press release? So to catch a criminal by a means other than DNA is P poor? Don't you think there may have been a bit of old style police work involved, asking the right questions then locating where he was fencing the goods and catching him there? Does it really matter how he was located, as long as he was and he's now off the streets? He confessed, so I now suppose it's on the cards for someone to say he was tortured in to doing so? Police work often involves chance and some good luck by being in the right place at the right time. So if the first two fail, then the third comes into play, is that what you are saying? Damned if they do, damned if they don't. This time I'd dare say he'll have quite a lengthy stay at the BKK Hilton and good riddance. Had he been clever, he would not have stolen items that could create a clear evidence trail to him and it wouldn't have been so easy for the cops to catch him. Makes you wonder how it is that a man can rape so many women in a gated community (assuming that being gated there would be at least some guards on duty)! Exactly, it seems that unless someone confesses, the crimes never get solved, Thailand at its best, and even better to come judging by their College statistics. They seem to like to impose very light sentences, relative to the crimes committed. Will depend on how much cash his family has, perhaps. Hope he goes away for decades this time.
