It all depends on the management like any other employee.

Our guards catch snakes without telling them to do so.

Also they need a copy of visitors ID or they won't come in, then they make a picture of the visitor and his vehicle/licenseplate.

They also call houseowners if an uninvited person wants to go to their house and they will follow the visitor all the time.

I'm quite happy with our guards even though they let the electric barrier land on my helmet twice allready.

On 2000 monthly, I recall asking about security services before signing the contract. They had a good laugh! Totally dumb question.

One of friend suffered from same situation.

But they didn't fired the guard instead the informed the security agency and ask them to send one more guard.

yes they also install security cameras on the entry gate to record the activities of the guard.
