Thai "bonsai" - what's it called?

Does anyone know what the Thai name is for the traditional Thai art of pruning shrubs so they look like a bunch of coiffured poodle tails?

Thanks.

Thanks to both. It wasn't any of the above, but introducing the word "topiary" let me track it down eventually. It's ไม้ดัด (máyˑdàt) - literally "bent tree".
