I successfully completed my first online 90 day report...checked the next day and recieved APPROVED status.

Printed out the APPROVED reply to staple into my passport...but noticed there was NO INDICATION of when to next report.

When going in person, they stamp on the back of your slip...'Notify Your Address Again On'...XX October 2015.

Is this normal...do I have the correct form to carry in my passport, did I overlook something (I don't mind counting out 90 days on my calendar)...?

Thanks to anybody who knows.

I am surprised you managed to get to the 'Approved' status.

I have been trying over the last few days without any success.

Contacted my local Office Kap Choeng and was given the name of the officer who 'deals with the internet'!!

I told him that I could not do on line reporting 3 months ago so when I went to report in person, took a printed off first page

of the form asking them to check if my details in the computer are the same. They said they woud do but it seems

this did not happen and would be ok next time. The officer in question told me I was too late do do online as i had to do 15 days BEFORE my

due date. When I told him this was not what the web site said and that it must not be more than 15 days before and

not less than 7 days before he told me the web page was wrong!! I asked him to check my details on the computer but he said he could not do this.

I rang the help line, who I must admit tried to help me but in the end said I have to go in person to Kap Choeng to see a Mr.Pitak who

will try and help me but I was also told that there is still many problems with the web program and that it has been 'down' for a few days.

Has anyone been successful in the last 4 days??

I assume you mean you got the approved email and printed it out.

You have go to the online report website again and select check status of you application, enter the confirmation number or you passport number and etc to print out the actual receipt that has your next report date on it.

You need to go back into the online reporting system and select "Check the status of your application".

Yous should be presented with a screen like the one in the attachment.

Enter your details and you should be able to see your application.

Select "view" and the details will be displayed.

Scroll to the bottom and you will have the option to print Your Next appointment.

That is what you need.

Just beat me to it UJ

Yes I am using the above address for the website.

Have filled in all the details required in the correct format then enter 'Captcha No."

Then get the message to contact my local immigration office.

Using Explorer 11.

Have had the same problem every time.

When was your last entry to the country? If it was before 2013 that is probably the problem.

Have you gotten a new passport since your last entry?

The message you are getting means your record cannot be found. Besides the above it can be an error in your records.

Yes it is working.

Most people getting the blank page have a pop up blocker that is preventing a pop up error message from coming up.

More than likely it is the one to contact your local immigration office.

Thanks that fixed it and now am"pending" so looks ok.

Have to say though that I have never used such a difficult online form in my life.

Let's hope it improves over the next 90 days:)

Hi Joe,

Never received any email. But yep, that is exactly what I did as you stated above, and what I printed out (the actual receipt) and put into my passport. But on my copy there is NO INDICATION of when to next report.

When going in person, they stamp on the back of your slip...'Notify Your Address Again On'...XX October 2015.

Does yours show a 'next report date'?

Thanks

There are two documents which can be printed. One is the form which displays a green "APPROVED" and notes your personal details, the other is headed "RECEIPT OF NOTIFICATION" and includes the due date of the next notification

Something is VERY wrong with your slip.

The next report date is clearly stated in my slip from the internet report:

I am on the site now...punched in my data to 'check status'...says approved! Nothing else indicating any further action (especially "RECEIPT OF NOTIFICATION" )

Today ther IS NO access to "RECEIPT OF NOTIFICATION" button/link/etc.

Can you log on and check your status again and bring this form up again, and then tell how you got there?

Thanks

This is ALL I can access...

Just opened the site and checked my status.

No problem to get to the RECEIPT OF NOTIFICATION.

(just the known problems: certificate error -> ignore, popup blocker -> always allow)

Just noticed that the slip mixed up the order of my first/middle/last name.

Displays: first last middle (like George Bush W. tongue.png ).

Anyone else?

And no: I have not mixed it up.

On the check application site it is displayed in the correct order.

No problem Amigo.

I think this site is still flawed. And I bet 'Sonchai' is tweeking with it every so many days...forgetting just exactly how he tweeked it yesterday...everyday is a new day.

I have just checked the site and it is functional.

If you enter the site and return to the place where you printed the "Approved" document and scroll to the bottom of the page two print options will be seen. One gives the approval document the other provides the "Receipt of Notification" which includes the next reporting date.

There is NOTHING at the bottom of my 'approval page'.

It's not that I have not been LOOKING.

Empty...Blank...Zero...Zilch!

Step by Step

1. Enter the site and select "check status"

2. Enter passport number,DOB and Nationality and your record will appear.

3. On the right of your record press "view"

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and see two print buttons

Lets try a little picture show on "how to".

Assuming that IE is used and leaving out the points where you have to ignore the certificate warning and allow popups for the site.

You can redo/repeat this status query anytime (until the due date of the next report I guess).

After opening the site

https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online

(I use copy/paste to the address field in IE which I start separately, not used otherwise)

As usual scroll down, check the "agree" box and click the "Accept" button to continue:

post-99794-0-72775100-1439546503_thumb.j

Click the "Check the status .." field:

post-99794-0-19913000-1439546539_thumb.j

Then you get the form to fill in your data. I always prefer to use

the tab with the personal data ("Passport Information") and so only this is shown here.

If the data is complete and correct and you have clicked the search (magnifying glass) button,

then it looks like this and you have to click the button in the "View" column.

post-99794-0-36807000-1439546603_thumb.j

WHEN FILLING THE FORM:

Be aware: always use the dropdown to select "Nationality" (tedious but necessary):

post-99794-0-57725900-1439546669_thumb.j

If something is wrong with your data and you click the search button, very little happens

except a small text in Thai saying "data not found".

Some users might experience this as "nothing happens" !

post-99794-0-61989700-1439546761_thumb.j

If you overcame these obstacles then a huge site with the "Approved" "stamp" appears.

There you click the "The Next Appointment (PRINT)" button.

post-99794-0-80613900-1439546941_thumb.j

And then finally the appointment slip is shown:
