Am i able to use money from my thb bank account which was deposited via paypal in small sums over the years (so no foreign exchange form on the hands) ?

One of the requirements for most people is a FET form. If you don't have one it's going to be difficult.

Speak to your bank about having them send the cash out and back in. It might be possible for a fee.

I doubt your bank will be anxious to provide you with paperwork for each of what could be many many transactions over many many years.

Good advice by blackcab. You will lose on the exchanges and fees, but it would accomplish the task.

Hi Gik

If your overseas FX transactions were initially credited to your foreign currency bank account and subsequently transferred to your Thai baht account with the same bank you will be able to request a Certification Letter from your bank.

It worked for me. The bank's fees involved were minimal without having to send money back overseas. Good luck.
