They have 2 swimming pool, restaurant etc but it is not luxurious area but very central. There is also another building in the same Soi which I have forgotten the name (I think it is 99 Karat or something like that).

Both should be avoided if you ask me, noisy and drunk neighbours , not a place you want to live in for a long time.
