I cannot send more via western union online and moneygram online failed. Can I go to an office in thailand and send cash somehow? Depending on the country the person is in, you could by items online and have them delivered. Depending on your nationality WU ID verification is very easy and quick. However, the "office" he could go to would be any bank that offers Western Union service. I don't know any reason why this wouldn't work but am interested in learning.
