How to cancel saved password/PIN number

Can someone tell me how to cancel this, clicked it by mistake now every time I go to the banking page it displays my log in details, I've looked everywhere to try and cancel it, I can't find it, do I have to contact the bank, tried they don't answer!!

Yes I clicked but did not mean too, I'm on an IPAD, tried calling the bank, took me 15mins to get through all the different menus, cut me off, any idea how to do please?
