Windows 10 - Privacy/Bandwidth explained - fixes- step by step

There are a number of posts contained within the Windows 10 topics on this forum which explain about the privacy issues and bandwidth hi-jacking etc.

Some also provide fixes. Credit to each of those individuals that have shared that information and provided help to us all.

To make things a little easier, and to save some people wading through pages of information and comment on the subject, here is a link to an article that explains the issues, and gives a step-by step instruction with screen shots, on resolving them if you are concerned etc.
