I wonder if I can teach music in Thailand..I'm a second string tour drummer..used if Jim Keltner is busy.

I can teach guitar also..my Uncle started with Duane Eddy..etc. and took us to many record sessions..

Can I get a work permit..on a retirement visa..

Of course you can, but obviously you will need a WP if you want to do it legally, typically you cant get a WP on retirement visa

A work permit is a definite necessity. Which will be extremely difficult to obtain. Without, you're opening yourself up big time. One of your biggest problems will be other farangs turning you in for a share of the fine imposed on you by immigration. It happens.

Can't help with working here but I really enjoyed Keltner when he toured with Dylan in the early 2000s.
