September 2, 201511 yr I am currently doing my due dilligence on the purchase of a small unfinished house and land. The thread is here: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/852680-a-screaming-bargainor-notadvice-needed-regarding-buying-an-unfinished-house/?p=9806412 If I puchase it I propose to put it in my girlfriends name with a Usufruct for life in my favour stamped on the back. I speak reasonable Thai. Can anyone please give me the Thai word for Usufruct so that I can discuss this topic when I visit the local land office. Thanks in advance.
September 2, 201511 yr Looks like one can believe the Thai Wiki entry: https://th.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%B8%AA%E0%B8%B4%E0%B8%97%E0%B8%98%E0%B8%B4%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%81%E0%B9%87%E0%B8%9A%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%B4%E0%B8%99 สิทธิเก็บกิน mods: please move to Thai language forum instead of deleting, thanks Edited September 2, 201511 yr by KhunBENQ
