until 2003 i was having an investmentvisa based on 3 million baht on any bank or deposit A//C.

the immigration said, this is valid forever, just renew

after 2003 i went to immigration, they told me, they change rule, you have to put to govermentbank,at this time 0%..........,i disagree, and try to take an office, no way !!!!

since theni stay on various visas.

now they tell the people, when you make until 01.10. you have it forever,,,same shit i heard before.,dont belive it, next year you have same problem.

based on the rules until 2003 i made my investments

now, not one baht anywhere for any promise from thaialnd.!!!!

this country want to suck the money, and it is never ending.

one i am a lucky guy ,a fter this happening in 2003 i put my money out to singapore,,, and just the last days i know why....who easy it was change my thb to singapore $

i feel stupid about my self, buying fixed investment in tahialnd, they are now not easy for sell, luckyness i have visa until 08/2007.

never again one baht would be invested in thailand.except in nightlife and food,fun,shopping.

the stockmarket is an underperformer since years, this is due ,to the fact, that their is so many sheeting and uncorrect buissenes here. if you read thainews (bkkpost,nation) on daiily base than you would know what is happening

i reduced my condoprice about 25% compare to last years sellable price, without any intrest,,the only they said sell it to thais for 50% cheaper and you can.......................

over 17 years in thailand i see to many things , that makes me belive, that there is nothing straight.

i am considering waht i go to do, i am not necessary to work, and i am great about that i have financial posibilities.

my money is welcome nearly everywhere.

malaysia, for example loose all tourist , do to moslemcountry.

ohhhh bring in little bit money get 5 year residential visa and can buy a pice of land on foreign name

thailand is flying high in things of tourism,,,, but dont fly to high,,,then the chance is good that it make a hardlanding

dont think thailand your beaches are so baeutiful, other countrys same,,, your nightlife,your people ,your girls ,your infrastructure build up by foreigners ( restaurants etc ) is very good,thats why we like to stay......................

in aisa we can find more clean beaches, and other things!!!!

That people abroad know you live in a filthy and corrupt country, and known for sure that the only reason you are here is for the women and the nightlive and the cheap boose?

Lapamita is right about something, ask a few people who prepared to retire here and suddenly the amount needed was doubled.
