Full-time English Instructor

Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University is calling for applications for a position of an English instructor to commence on 1 October 2015. The position is for one year with a renewable longer contract and pay increase upon an assessment of satisfactory performance (research and course materials compilation) by the Faculty. The starting salary is 20,780 baht plus 8,000 baht housing allowance per month. The applicant should have the following qualifications:

1) A fluent native or near-native speaker of English

2) At least a holder of B.A. or M.A. in English, ESL, EFL, TESOL, TEFL or English language teaching-related fields, Applied linguistics, Linguistics, and Education is preferable.

3) University teaching experience is preferable.

4) Computer literacy, good communication and teamwork skills, willingness to learn and take initiatives in teaching and extra-curricular responsibilities

5) Open-mindedness, friendliness, and a good attitude
