A call centre has been set up by CDRM to receive information and complaints from the public

The Council for Democratic Reform under the Constitutional Monarchy (CDRM) has set up a centre to receive information from the public which will be forwarded to a working group for scrutiny before being passed to the National Economic and Social Advisory Council for further action.

CDRM Spokesperson Palangoon Klaharn (พลางกูร กล้าหาญ) said after the meeting that the setting up of the centre is in line with the CDRM's initial intent for a true democratic reform and for internal peace within Thailand in order to achieve a long-term benefit for the nation's administration.

The information call centre was operational immediately on the day of appointment and can be reached at 02280-2360.

The spokesperson said that CDRM Chairman General Sonthi Boonyaratglin also reassured that projects initiated by the Thaksin administration and considered beneficial to the well-being of the people will remain unchanged. Those projects include the Village Fund, the SML Fund and the 30-baht universal healthcare scheme.
