I have owned this for about a year and it gets a fair bit of work. Lately it has started screaming on cast. The noise starts after lure has traveled a few meters from rod tip and continues till nearly top of arc and stops. Have done research on the web but still no fix.

I do get temporary relief if I oil the brakes and the ring they rub on but only very briefly and the noise is back. This leads me to think either the brakes and/or the ring are worn. If so, does anyone know any shop that stock parts to fix this? Thanks in advance.
