I got my Non B visa from my home country, i am coming to thailand within 2 days, i dont have a work permit yet.

How many days i can stay in thailand without a workpermit?

should i apply for WP on arrival day?

it is normally the Employer who applies for the WP on your behalf.

You can stay in the country as long as your Non B visa allows. You'll be given 90 days stay when you arrive. Do you have a single entry or multi entry Non 'B'?

Having a Non 'B' doesn't mean you can have a WP. That is down to the company you are going to work for to organise.

You need the WP for when you start work, it's a legal requirement.

However, prior to starting work you are completely legal on a 90 day non immigrant 'b' entry.
