Why would you even consider trying to get to Hua Lampong (Chinatown) by minibus??? The traffic is a nightmare unless traveling in the dead of night!

I presume you are traveling from Pattaya (being in the Pattaya forum).

You could take the once a day train from the railway road station in Pattaya, that would get you there for next to nothing in cost, but it'll take up at least 4+hrs of your life with no AC, and absolutely nothing to do or see, that's if it turns up on the particular day you intend to travel!

If it's money, time, or convenience, you are looking at, get yourself to Swampy, then BTS, MRT.
