webfact
Trump: US 'a dumping ground for the rest of the world'By STEVE PEOPLESDALLAS (AP) — Renewing his charge against illegal immigration, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Monday called the United States "a dumping ground for the rest of the world" as he rallied thousands of Texas supporters behind his fiery candidacy and promised Republican leaders he's just getting started.Despite calls from GOP officials to tone down his rhetoric on the sensitive issue, the GOP front-runner decried "anchor babies" and gang members among the immigrants living in the U.S. illegally, drawing huge ovations from a rowdy audience packed into Dallas' American Airlines Center. The 20,000-capacity venue that was at least three-quarters full for the evening rally."You people are suffering," Trump told the Texans. "I'm in New York, but they're in New York, too. They're all over the place.""It's disgusting what's happening to our country," Trump continued as he called for more legal immigration.Provocative rhetoric on immigration has defined Trump's presidential campaign from the very beginning, when the billionaire businessman called Mexican immigrants rapists and criminals in his June announcement speech. Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, among others, has encouraged Trump to soften his tone, yet the former reality television star has refused. The strategy may play well among the GOP's more conservative voters — those who filled the Dallas sports arena among them — yet threatens to hurt the party's standing among a growing group of Hispanic voters in the general election.Trump's popularity within his party has kept growing. He holds a commanding lead in early polls."This is a movement that's happening," he declared, confronting critics who think he's not running a serious campaign. "Now it's time to really start, because this is going to happen, I'm telling you, I'm not going anywhere.""Unless I win, it's been a waste of time for me, folks," he continued.Monday night's crowd ate it up.They waved miniature American flags, munched nachos and drank $13 cups of beer from plastic cups as they interrupted Trump repeatedly with applause."Sometimes he puts his foot in his mouth, just like everybody," said Barbara Tomasino, a 65-year-old retired elementary school librarian from Plano, Texas, who donned a dress, shoes and a purse plastered with pictures of Trump's face. "If he gets elected, he might need to tone it down a little bit."Still, the crowd cheered wildly when Trump bashed immigrants in the country illegally, the media, Republican operatives such as Karl Rove, and the energy levels of his rivals."I have tremendous energy," Trump said. "Tremendous. To a point where it's almost ridiculous if you think about it." -- (c) Associated Press 2015-09-

Actually, it will play well with a lot of people, including blacks who are the ones hit hardest by the arrival of illegals and hispanic gangsters. JDGRUEN
Trump is refreshing in that he broaches subjects that at least 60 million voters care about and agree with. The USA has absolutely NO NEED for millions of Illegal Aliens ... they are a net negative in all respects ... Except for the vacant cliches which I am sure will be posted here. If the USA had no need for millions of illegal Aliens then they wouldn't get jobs. They do get jobs. Really, really don't want such people here? Proselytize for huge and crippling fines for any corporation found to be employing them - $1,000,000 million for each employee should do it. And 15 years imprisonment and 500,000 dollar fine for any person found to be employing them otherwise - half the fine to be handed over to the laborer to fund their new life in wherever they come from. Solved.

He is resonating with voters who are fed up with the status quo. I think his energy is going in the right direction its shaking up his fellow GOP who are still speeling that same old worn out canned message. They just do not know what to make of this guy that does not play by party rules. Maybe if the Koch brothers wrote him a big enough check like they have(bought) others maybe he would tone it down but I doubt it. He is on a roll. Solved. The powers that be want the illegal aliens -- the Republican elitist and their business buddies for cheaper labor... and the Democrats want them for future compliant voters ... We have laws against employing illegal aliens - except the laws are not enforced - for reasons just stated. However, the American citizens do not want the Illegal aliens --but our 'Representative' Government stopped functioning some years back... The BIG VOTE is coming though AND something like you just described will happen AND It will be enforced...

USA like many countries is not reproducing fast enough to keep population level (1.9 per couple, UK 1.8. Target figure is 2.1). Keeping immigrants out like Japan hasn't helped them much economically, has it? Then IF the People of the U.S. get to chose the way of Japan .. Then it will be the People's Choice to deal with it ... Having unelected industrialists, aloof Politicians and the Socialist Democrats choose their path against the will of the people is not the answer... Let the people choose a leader who will listen to the people for a change ... we can choose our own path... whether the Elite like it or not... Japan is not on the ropes ... neither would be America under the same ... And you are forgetting the millions of Americans who are eligible for work -- but do not like to work for 3rd world or developing world wages as the illegal aliens do - and living 10 to a household to live on those wages... Take away the flood of cheap labor and the wage will rise and the labor will be there to take the jobs... Prices will go up --but more people will have money to spend... velocity of money ... heard of that? Take note: Fully 50 Billion Dollars a Year go to Mexico from the Illegal Aliens sending it home to relatives each year. Pay Americans and watch that 50 Billion Circulate in America -- see what that does to the American economy... And I guess you just bypassed my post about Black Americans who are getting cheated by the current policy of importing cheap labor from Mexico and Central America... Facts do get in the way - don't they ... ?
