I live in Sattahip and go to Pattaya for my 90 Day report which is great, but I have a house in Khon Kaen and will be spending more time there. My question is how is the service there, anything I should be prepaired for ? Thanks for any insight you can offer.

Can only tell you that they will treat you as you are treating them. Come dressed OK, use your best manner, and have a smile handy, and you will be just fine.

Been here since 2008, never ever any complaints from my side.

I was in Khon Kaen office today when it opened after lunch. Visa extension, 90 day report and re-entry permit all done with minimum of fuss.

In and out in about 45 minutes including waiting time to be served, 12 numbers in front of me, all four desks open.

Please show some respect and don't wear flip-flops, shorts and a dirty vest.
